WooSway Design guaranteed you revisions according to your selected packages. Clients can ask for revisions as per the package and no additional fee will be charge, however, design and concept remains same. Revision turnaround time would be 48 hours.
Revisions require that the initial design and concept have to be the same, client cannot ask for a redesign once an initial concept has been selected.
The grace period over a project time is +- 10 days from the delivery date. If the client continues to revise the project after the delivery date, additional fee may apply.
If the client is not able to respond on a revision to be reviewed, changed, or amended within 48 hours, the company will not be liable for the revision.
Client is liable to make additional payment in case of further changes after the delivery date. However, it is mandatory for the client to make full payment by the end of delivery date for further changes to be made.
WooSway Design ensures 100% customer satisfaction outline in our Revision Policy which enables you to improve on your initial design brief free of charge through your account area.
In case of any duplicate charge due to processing error, failing to fulfill any of your special designing requirements or not able to complete your design order as per the delivery policy, your complete design order amount will be refunded.
In case of any dissatisfaction from any design services provided by WooSway Design, you can submit a refund request within five days of your initial design mockup. However, it shall be assumed between both parties that you are satisfied with your initial designs if a refund request is not received within five days of initial design mockup delivery.
Once the project has been entered in revision phase or exceed the number of designs in the purchased package, the refund offer will be void and a request for refund will not be entertained.

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:
- If request for refund is made before the order delivery, you would be eligible for Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
- If request for refund is made within 48 hours of the initial design mockup delivery, you would be eligible for 60% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
- If request for refund is made between 48- 120 hours of the initial design mockup delivery, you would be eligible 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
- No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial design mockup delivery, however since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction you`re encouraged to contact us in case of any concern.
- All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. WooSway Design, based on the violation of your user agreement reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case to case basis.
How to claim your refund
- Claim your refund specifying your concern by contacting us via help desk ticket, chat or email.
- We will try to resolve your concern by virtue of our revision policy immediately or else will email you a refund request approval from our refund department.
After the refund, any rights to any designs by WooSway Design would be revoked and you would not be able to use or display any version of the design on any and all media that was already sent to you by the company, WooSway Media or third-party vendors.
All design order files are delivered to Account Area as per the date specified on the “Order Confirmation”. An e-mail is also sent to inform the client about their design order delivery made to their specific account area. All policies pertaining to revision & refund are subject to date and time of design order delivered to client’s account area.
We deliver all our customized design quote via e-mail within 2 to 3 days of receiving your request.
We offer a RUSH DELIVERY service through which you can have your first site mockup within 48 hours by paying just $200 rush fee. Entire website (up to 10 pages) delivered within 7 working day, add $100 per page in additional to the agreed quoted price .
Once site design is approved and the final file is sent to the client after the complete payment, the client owns all the rights of the paid art work. All the claims and copyrights of the design are then transferred to the client. Copyrights & Trademarks
The WooSway Design retains the right to use the design solely as promotional material, including as part of our portfolio.
The client is assigned rights to use the design, graphics, and text contained, logos and explanations at his discretion.
The WooSway Design should use the designs in a fair and legal manner which does not damage the client’s reputation and integrity.
We keep a record of your finalized design once we provide you the final files.
If you require the final files again in the future we can send them to you at your request.
YOU agree that WooSway Design is not liable for any correspondence from email address(es) other than the ones followed by our own domain i.e. “..@woosway.com” or/and any toll free number that is not mentioned on our website. WooSway Design should not be held responsible for any damage(s) caused by such correspondence. We only take responsibility of any communication through email address(es) under our own domain name or/and via phone number i.e. already mentioned on WooSway Design Website.
